Hike: The island of a thousand faces (Difficulty: medium)

Isolated mountain villages, narrow trails with breath-taking views, romantic paths winding through palm-groves, an enchanted forest… All this makes hiking on La Gomera a unique experience. On our route you can marvel over views down into immense valleys, and wander through the most remote areas in the island`s centre. You will discover how country life used to be and how it is today: the agriculture; the sheep and goat herding. We start our walk on La Gomera's north face dipping into the humid laurel forest, later we cross over the crest and descent towards Imada, a pitoresc mountain village situated in the dryer south faced ravine Barranco de Guarimiar.
